The client selected to build the Stedwick A plan with the Palmetto Riviera brick exterior. The client used an outside designer and had exotic designs in mind. The kitchen countertops are Bottega Calacatta Gold on the island and the perimeter. The primary bath design focus was black and white. There is stacked chevron tile throughout the primary bath to create a monochromatic design.
