Understanding the deep connection between home buyers and their new home, Walter focuses on delivering a customer-centered experience throughout all aspects of the home building process. Prior to joining Simonini, he spent nearly 20 years building his career with a prominent, privately held builder in the Southeast where he led divisions in Charleston and Nashville, followed by a position with a homebuilding newcomer to the Southeast market for whom he provided division leadership in their Charlotte and Raleigh markets. Throughout his career, Walter has been passionate about the quality of architecture, the quality of construction and the quality of the customer experience all of which drew him to Simonini Homes. Walter grew up in Atlanta, Ga and is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, as well as, an avid SEC football fan. He met his wife while working in Charlotte and enjoys being a husband and father watching his children’s sporting events and traveling with them as often as possible.
