Jai Grant Folk joined Simonini Homes in 2017 as Lead Designer in the New Construction division. She won the North Carolina Home Builder’s Association MAME Award for “Design Professional of the Year” in 2019 and 2021. She managed her own Interior Design Business from 2001- 2011 when she transitioned into custom home building. Jai was recently tapped as Director of Design as the Simonini Brand has continued to grow with New Custom Homes, Luxury Communities, and our Commercial Division. Jai has lived in Charlotte since 1989, is recently married and has six young adult children.
