Bob started with Alan Simonini Homes in 2001 and has thirty years remodeling experience. Bob and his wife, Diane reside in South Charlotte with their two daughters and their golden retriever. When he is not enjoying activities with his family, he can often be found on a bicycle. Bob is a member of both NARI and NAHB Remodelors Council as well as the CORA. He was a past Chair of the Charlotte Remodelors Council.
