Thank you for your interest in our newest community, Heydon Hall. Above, you will see several choices for viewing floorplans. Homes in Heydon Hall are classified in three collections: Promenade, Pavilion, and Park Collections. The Park Collection homes are situated on 60 foot wide homesites, and will represent about half of the homes in the community. Pavilion Collection homes are situated on 80 foot wide homesites and will represent about 1/4 of the homes in the community. Finally, Promenade Collection Homes are located on the largest homesites in the community, which are 100 feet wide and also represent about 1/4 of the homes in Heydon Hall.

Many are already under construction or completed in Heydon Hall, several of which are offered for sale.

It is important to note that some of the plans and elevations will change. The task of developing attractive and functional floorplans is an ongoing process, and therefore these floorplans will be continually refined.
