Every company talks about people as their most important asset…at Simonini Builders, we don’t just talk about it, we live it. Since 1994 our primary goal has been to recruit, train, challenge and retain the very best for every position within the Simonini Team.
While this goal is easy to strive for, it is difficult to achieve. It involves having patience to find the very best – we don’t fill a position until we are convinced we have found just the right person. It involves incredible communication to ensure that each and every candidate learns as much about us, as we want to learn about them. At Simonini, we are an open book, nothing is off limits to discuss. Finally it requires that we continually ensure that Simonini Builders is the best place to work, where team members are constantly challenged, and where each of us has fun while delivering incredible quality, service and value to our clients.
We think these goals are being achieved. Our employee turn-over rate is less than 2% annually.
