At Ashton and Bellmore Hall in SouthPark, and Robbins Park at Lake Norman, we are creating homes where design of space and not square feet defines how a home lives. This new approach to scale has generated tremendous excitement. To launch these communities, we're offering discounted mortgage rates and lower downpayment requirements to a limited number of initial buyers in these communities. Specific savings programs by community are:
Robbins Park*:
- 4.5% fixed rate mortgage for 5 years, 30 year amortization, balloon payment at end of 5 years
- 1% loan origination fee
- 85% LTV, including jumbo loans
Bellmore Hall*:
- 3-year adjustable rate mortgage
- 2.99% fixed rate for first three years
- Rate is subject to chage after three years and every three years thereafter by 2% maximum
- Interest rate cannot increase or decrease by more than 2% at any adjustment period and will never be greater than 5% above the initial interest rate, or lower than 2.75%.
- 80% LTV to $750,000
Ashton*:
- Market interest rate
- 95% LTV to $650,000 loan
- 90% LTV for $650,000 to $1,500,000 loan
- No PMI requirement
